JANUARY 2026 Wellness Resources
Welcome to 2026: a year for exploration, joy, success, and rest. In the transition from one year to the next, we have an opportunity to honor our minds and bodies. This is an act of true reflection—reflecting on what served us well and identifying what could benefit from greater care, intention, or release. January reminds us that growth does not require urgency; it requires presence, imagination, and trust in what’s unfolding.
As part of our years-long tradition at BlackFemaleProject, we are hosting Imagine That: A Guided Vision Board Experience, led by our very own Afiya Shani of WildFiya. This evolution of our annual New Year Visioning event is thoughtfully designed to guide you through intentional prompts and reflections. With two sessions this year (January 21st and January 24th), we invite you to slow down and imagine what’s possible when alignment leads the way. Register for Imagine That here.
Time offers us permission to begin again—as many times as we need. Intention-setting is not about controlling the future, but about preparing ourselves to meet it with clarity and courage. Our January Resources offer articles, videos, meditations, and events to help you set goals, visualize your life, and manifest success. Explore them below and give yourself permission to dream big in 2026. May this month be a reminder that dreaming is an act of resistance, joy, and Black womanhood.

We challenge you to dream big this year. What would you do if you knew you could not fail?
By the end of 2026, what do you want to be able to say that you accomplished?
