Love, Action, Reaction: an Emerging Leaders & Movement Builders Cohort

Creating intentional space for movement builders to step out of the role of leader and into the role of community member, connecting, resting, and replenishing.

Love Action Reaction is a cohort-based leadership and character-development experience designed to help emerging leaders, organizers, educators, and movement builders explore a love-centered view of being agents of change. This opportunity is open to all emerging leaders.

In this moment shaped by fear, burnout, polarization, trauma, and isolation, Love Action Reaction offers emerging leaders the opportunity to deepen internal grounding while strengthening external impact across personal, professional, and community work.

Our cohort model and ongoing community support provide the infrastructure for these honest, healing-centered conversations. Rooted in joy, spirituality, and a culture of care, Love Action Reaction becomes the gathering place our community asked for, where restoration is not a reward for exhaustion, but a practice built into the work itself.

This program is rooted in simple but urgent questions: With fear driving decisions all around us, how do we sustain a practice of leading from love? When we have to show up for others, where do movement builders gather for honest conversations, refreshment, and restoration?

Who should participate:
• Organizers
• Non-profit leaders
• Educators
• Cultural workers
• Movement builders (intentionally broad definition)

Program Structure:

Participants will meet in person 3 times as a group convening with sessions focused on: reflection, dialogue, practice, and application to real-world work.

Participants will attend one 1:1 session with a workshop leader to receive additional support and guidance in applying personal integration of session themes, leadership coaching, accountability, and support through real-time organizational or movement challenges. The 1:1 structure ensures that the program is not just inspirational, but transformational.

Participants will leave with:

  • Language connecting love, leadership, and professional development

  • Tools for love-centered action rather than fear-based

  • Tools to support values-aligned practices at work

  • Learn from what is working for others

  • Expanded relationships across sectors and movements

Participants will not only gain insight—they will experience measurable shifts in how they make decisions, hold power, and respond to conflict.
