The late Leslie Stoval (1955—2025) encourages us to "have a clear vision. Have a clear goal and try to find out how to get there." Those words remind us that success isn't something we stumble into—it's something we define for ourselves. That freedom to name our own vision, to pursue a life that reflects our values and our definition of success rather than someone else's—that's what matters. That's what we're building together."
