Event Description
Black women face unique challenges in their leadership roles at work and in their lives, yet they still manage to thrive, transcend challenges and achieve great accomplishments. Deeper than the wins the world may see, we have listened to Black women, and we understand the cost and what it takes to constantly and effectively navigate and lead through pain and harm, while perpetually mitigating personal and professional risks. Designed as an homage to Black women who lead, this MasterClass invites community members into a Beloved Community where sessions have been curated with you in mind, heart and spirit. We welcome you!
We know that—no matter your role—others look to you. We acknowledge the pressure that comes with that visibility and want to remind you that you must prioritize your own well-being and leadership.
The thematic focus for each session in the Series centers experience-based leadership where sessions for this Leadership MasterClass will deepen and expand upon BlackFemaleProject’s Reflections 2020 Report and the Reflections 2026 Podcast Reflection Collection.
